All-on-4 in Golders Green, NW11: what it costs and who does it
All-on-4 at Lotus Dental and Aesthetics Clinic is from £9,995 per arch, or from £261 per month over five years, and includes the implants, the same day fixed teeth and the final bridge. A comprehensive implant assessment with CT scan, digital scans and a written plan is £95. Every case is planned and placed by Dr Emanuele Clozza, who has completed more than 800 All-on-4 cases, with Dr Ivana Matkovic.
We are one of the few clinics in North London using photogrammetry for full arch implants: after the implants are placed we photograph their exact positions to within a fraction of a millimetre, so the bridge fits first time without the distortion of a conventional impression. Combined with our on-site CBCT scanner and 3D printed surgical guides, this is how we fit fixed teeth on the day of surgery.

What does ‘All-on-4’ mean?
‘All-on-4’ refers to a special implant placement technique which allows us to attach a full arch of false teeth to just four dental implants.
Your implant dentist will place the implants at strategic angles to make the most of the available bone tissue. This eliminates the need for bone grafting.
Those four dental implants will be attached to a full arch permanent dental bridge. In other words, this is a whole row of beautiful porcelain false teeth that will look just like your natural teeth. Instead of resting directly on your gums, this bridge will be supported by your four implants, giving you a complete smile in an instant.
These new teeth will be fully functional once the implants have healed, and you can then use them to eat all of the foods you love in comfort and with confidence.
